Events and organisation

The team that builds the stage holds the camera.

Launches, dealer conferences, press days, galas. The people who plan your event are the people who film it. The result is a smooth night in the room and a film ready to share the next morning.

Why one team?

At most events, one company runs the organisation and another does the filming. The stage looks stunning, then the lights blow out on camera, the speaker disappears against the screen and the next day's film gets rescued in the edit.

We brought both jobs to one table. On the recce day we design the stage and pick the camera positions together. The lighting is set for the guests and for the lens. When the night is over, you have a film ready to use.

It's easier on the budget as well. Travel, accommodation and coordination for two separate crews become a single line. Fewer people crowding the room, and a more relaxed evening for your guests.

FAQ

How much notice do you need?
Eight weeks is ideal for a mid-sized launch. We have worked to tighter deadlines, though venue options and guest turnout both shrink.
Who finds the venue?
You can bring your own, or we will present three options compared on price and capacity.
Can you live stream?
Yes. We plan a dedicated technical crew and connection for streaming to your social accounts or internal platform.
When is the event film delivered?
A short social highlights cut the next day. A longer, fuller edit within a week.
Do you run events outside Istanbul?
Yes, anywhere in Turkey and abroad. Travel and accommodation appear as a separate line in the quote.
